Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (EST)
1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a temporary opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role supports a variety of service-related functions in both call center and non-call center environments, assisting customers, clients, and internal teams with inquiries, issue resolution, and account support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner
Resolve first- and second-tier customer service issues, escalating when necessary
Verify customer and account information accurately
Research and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing timely resolutions
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records of customer interactions
Track and coordinate complex customer issues through resolution
Make proactive outreach calls to support customer accounts
Assist with billing inquiries, order processing, and account reconciliation
Collaborate with internal departments and offshore teams as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security standards
Recommend solutions, services, or process improvements when appropriate

Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or related environment preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to navigate multiple systems and data entry platforms efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage routine and moderately complex customer issues

Requirements
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Flexible to work assigned schedule, including occasional Saturdays
