Customer Service Representative

Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
Handle general administrative and office support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Bilingual is a plus
