Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

A medical supplies distributor in Newbury Park is seeking a professional, reliable Customer Service Representative to support customers, patients, and healthcare providers. This position handles order processing, product questions, and service inquiries while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails regarding product availability, orders, and customer account inquiries
Process orders accurately using the company’s order-entry or CRM systems
Provide product support for medical supplies, respiratory items, and healthcare consumables
Track shipments, handle delivery questions, and coordinate returns/replacements
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Assist with quotes, billing questions, and required documentation
Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide friendly, compassionate service to both patients and healthcare professionals
Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed


Required Qualifications


Excellent phone and email communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry abilities
and
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and basic CRM/order-entry systems
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional

Additional Skills
