Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to customers, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with questions or concerns
Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly
Provide product or service information in a professional and courteous manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support retention
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional phone and email etiquette
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
