We’re looking for a dependable and upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, process orders, and ensure a positive experience every time.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
Troubleshoot product or service issues with a solution-oriented mindset
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics to support customer needs
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of customer service or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems a plus
Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
