-Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
-Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues
-Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient with basic computer programs (CRM experience is a plus)
