We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, skilled at resolving issues efficiently, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
-Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints with patience and empathy
-Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
-Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
-Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues
-Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient with basic computer programs (CRM experience is a plus)
