Respond to customer inquiries. · Professionally communicate resolution. · Provide updates to other internal departments. · Provide support for dispatch and other departments/members. · Utilize the system to create and process routes, enter freight bills, research orders, process driver paperwork, new customer setup, and prepare rate sheets and quotes. · Monitor production order schedules and expedite delivery per customer request. · Maintain detailed files. · Support projects that are more complex or critical. · Work within established procedures.

EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, AND QUALITIES PREFERRED: · 1-3 years of related work experience. · Excellent customer service and communication skills: verbal, listening, and written. · Dependable, deadline-driven, strong accuracy and attention to detail. · Intermediate math knowledge. · Able to work under moderate supervision and apply superb judgment. · Beginner to intermediate-level usage of Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Office.
