We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a full-time contract opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is ideal for a friendly, professional, and service-focused candidate who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support customers through phone, email, and in-person communication while assisting with orders, account updates, issue resolution, and documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, account updates, and related customer requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed customer records, notes, and documentation in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Santa Barbara, CA.
- Support daily customer service operations across phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Process customer orders, returns, account changes, and service requests.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and follow-up needs professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams to complete customer requests.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or office experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are a plus but not required.
