We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Experience & Collections Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance empathy and understanding with the ability to guide customers toward resolution. You’ll work directly with clients, providing excellent service while assisting with account and loan-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to questions, concerns, and account inquiries with professionalism and empathy
-Assist customers in understanding their accounts, loan balances, and available options for resolution
-Perform soft collections by communicating outstanding balances clearly, while maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach
-Educate and counsel customers on financial obligations, payment plans, and account management
-Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service, collections, or loan counseling is preferred
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to be both compassionate and firm
-High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations
-Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
-Comfortable using internal systems to track and update customer information
