Title: Customer Experience (CX) Associate

Type: Temp to Perm

Paying $16.00 per hour/$16.50 for bilingual candidates

Start: Monday, July 28th


Details: This role will take inbound calls for various companies. Lots of doctor’s offices, law firms, etc. Think of when you call your doctor’s office and get an answering service. The call will come in and pop up with the name of the company the customer is trying to call. Our temp will answer as if they are working for that company. A script is provided.


· You will be taking customer calls, capturing incoming leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments, while working from the comfort of your own home.

· In this role, you will be taking inbound calls and forwarding messages to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

· You will work from your computer for the duration of your shift and regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays.

Requirements Synopsis:
1. At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience – or – Administrative/office support experience with ability to handle high volume of calls! 100-150 per day.

5. High speed internet and a cable connection – MUST be hard-wired
6. A USB port
7. Great computer skills (you will be testing on typing, spelling, listening, and basic technical and computer skills


Schedule:
Training: 10am-6pm EST M-F for 2 weeks


Post-Training:
· Hours of operation 8am - 11pm EST
· 40 hours a week including weekend shifts
· MUST work a minimum of 8 hours on Friday, Saturday and Monday for the first 12 weeks.
