Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers in a retail store environment.
- Build strong relationships with local customers and contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Recommend and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Handle customer transactions, answer product questions, and assist with inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space that reflects pride in the brand.
- Support store operations and business needs across assigned locations when required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16 per hour.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Must be available to work any day of the week.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No late-night retail hours.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide excellent retail customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Support product recommendations, upselling, transactions, and basic store operations.
- Maintain an organized retail environment and assist with inventory needs.
- Build customer relationships that help support store sales and customer loyalty.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- For floater opportunities, flexibility and willingness to travel between Memphis and surrounding store locations is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail customer service, hospitality, or sales.
- Previous experience recommending or upselling products and services.
- Ability to support multiple store locations as business needs require.
