Customer Experience Associate (Remote)

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fully remote team, supporting clients across a wide variety of industries worldwide. In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for businesses ranging from healthcare to home services, providing exceptional support with every interaction.

Temp to perm
Remote in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, or Arizona
16.00 USD per hour English
16.50 USD per hour English and Spanish
40 hours a week, including weekend shifts
Hours of operation 8am - 11pm EST


What You'll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls—15 to 20 per hour on average, totaling 140+ daily
Support diverse clients by setting appointments, answering questions, and managing live chats
Switch seamlessly between industries and client types throughout your shift
Deliver accurate, friendly service
Work in a fast-paced environment with back-to-back calls, requiring full attention and responsiveness
Manage tasks that may not always be resolved in one call, but still leave the customer feeling heard and supported

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
Ability to stay focused during a high volume of short, fast-moving calls
Adaptability to shift between clients and industries quickly
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

What You’ll Need:

Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Commitment to punctuality and consistent availability during scheduled shifts
