Immediate need for Customer Care Specialist for our client located in Jacksonville, FL.
Our client is looking for customer service reps for their call center.
Responsible for providing professional customer support in a high-volume call center environment, handling inbound and outbound customer communications related to account inquiries, payments, account updates, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone communication
• Process account transactions, payments, billing updates, and account changes
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Explain financial and account-related information clearly and accurately
• Assist with account delinquency resolution and payment collection efforts
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
• Maintain performance standards in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Adhere to compliance guidelines, company policies, and call handling procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, collections, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems
4 weeks of classroom training prior to going live on the phones
Training is Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm
Regular Schedule is M-F 9am-6pm
Fully Onsite
Contract to Hire after 6 months
