About the Role:
Join a dynamic team supporting inbound calls related to pre-authorizations for Carlon RX. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls regarding pharmaceutical pre-authorizations.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
Must be available to work Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM EST (final schedule provided at offer).
Must be available to work MLK Day.
Comfortable with on-camera group interviews via Microsoft Teams.
Interview Process:
One round of group interviews via Teams (camera required).
Interviews expected to take place between November 10–14.
Background checks conducted through HireRight.
Start Date:
December 8, 2025, with assignments expected to run through Q1 2026.
