Remote Call Center Representative – Mason, OH! ***Training will be onsite Week 1 and 6. Must be within 50 miles of Mason.***
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Location: Remote (with onsite training required during Week 1 & 6 in Mason, OH)
Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a remote opportunity with a structured training program? Join our team as a Call Center Representative focused on pre-authorizations in the pharmaceutical space.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls related to pre-authorizations
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Navigate systems efficiently to resolve inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
Flexibility to work any schedule within the hours of 8 AM – 8 PM EST
Training Requirements:
Must be available to work onsite in Mason, OH during Week 1 and Week 6 of training
