Inbound Customer Care Representative (5-Month Contract – Possible Permanent)
Location: Remote (initial onsite training in St. Louis,MO, 63103)
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST (8 hour shift will be assigned when offer is given)
Training: 6 weeks | Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST
Start Date: Week of November 10 (exact date TBD)
Contract Duration: 5 months (through March 2026), with potential to go permanent
Job Summary
We’re hiring Inbound Customer Care Representatives to handle incoming calls and deliver outstanding customer service for health insurance clients. This is a 5-month temporary contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional manner
Assist with inquiries related to health insurance and prior authorizations
Follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Meet performance and attendance goals
Training Details
Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO
Schedule:
Week 1: Onsite training and setup
Weeks 2–5: Virtual (work from home)
Week 6: Onsite OJT and evaluation
Week 7 and onwards: Work from home
Equipment provided; full training attendance required
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience (call center preferred)
Strong communication and computer skills
Knowledge of health insurance or prior authorizations a plus
Must be available to work MLK Day (1/19/2026)
