Growing Non-Profit Resource Center seeks Top Notch CSR professionals to assist their growing call center.

Be a part of a team where you use your amazing communication skills to assist
different public demographics with eligibility, enrollment and answering general questions related to various public food programs.

Ideal Candidate should have 2-3 years of customer service experience relating to
call center, dispatching, and/or hospitality. Ability to handle 10-12 calls per hour.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important with strong keyboard dexterity to answer and respond to emails.

Other Key hire tips include:
Basic Data Entry Skills
Ability to interface with the public in a delicate, sensitive manner.
Ability to manage the phone queue.
