We’re seeking a dependable, detail-driven Customer Advocate who thrives on research, analysis, and professional writing. In this role, you’ll investigate and resolve customer and authorized third-party disputes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
Investigate, analyze, and categorize customer disputes
Partner with internal teams to gather and validate information
Ensure all activity aligns with RESPA, Regulation Z, FCRA, GLBA, and company guidelines
Identify necessary account corrections and follow through to completion
Draft clear, professional written responses to resolve customer concerns
Communicate effectively with customers, third parties, and internal departments
Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
Strong writing and communication skills (writing-heavy role)
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Dependable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Customer service experience required
Mortgage industry knowledge and familiarity with related regulations preferred
