We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join an award winning manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate with production, and ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems
Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment
Handle order changes, backorders, and delivery updates proactively
Resolve issues with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and transaction histories
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
