Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard schedule
Weekend coverage required when weekend staff is unavailable

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Facilities / Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of assigned areas. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain all floors throughout assigned areas
Clean and disinfect 6 restrooms daily, including sinks and toilets
Restock restroom supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)
Empty, clean, and disinfect all waste cans daily
Remove spider webs and nests inside and outside facility areas
Clean windows inside and outside
Maintain walkways and entry areas
Clean and maintain kitchen areas
Maintain adequate inventory of janitorial and restroom supplies
Clean entry doors in assigned areas
Clean storage areas monthly
Assist with kitchen preparation and arranging the Training Building for meetings or training (as needed)
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Responsibilities may be adjusted to support daily business needs

Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Prior janitorial or facilities cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance expectations
