Evening Custodian / Facilities Support
Location: Bellevue, WA 98006
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (year-round)
Pay: $27/hour

A well-established educational campus in Bellevue is seeking a dependable Evening Custodian / Facilities Support professional to join its facilities team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared environment for students, staff, and events. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and enjoys contributing to a community-centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Custodial Support
Clean and reset classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas nightly
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recycling
Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
Prepare and restore spaces used for after-hours events or activities
Ensure doors are secured and lights are turned off at the end of shift
Safely use and store cleaning supplies and equipment
Facilities Support
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures
Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for events
Identify and report safety concerns, damage, or repair needs
Support emergency procedures as needed, including alarms or medical incidents
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of custodial or facilities experience
Experience in a school, campus, or institutional environment is a plus
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Physical ability to walk the campus, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends
Reliable attendance and punctuality
