Field Service / Yard Technician – Crushing & Screening Equipment
Location: Idaho Territory (Phoenix, AZ pay scale: $37.60–$45.07/hour DOE)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and safety-driven Field Service / Yard Technician to join our team, serving the Phoenix, AZ territory. If you have experience with crushing, screening, shredding, and conveying equipment—and you’re ready to hit the road or work hands-on in the yard—this is the role for you.

This full-time, benefited position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality mechanical work. You’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and component installations on a wide range of mobile and stationary equipment—both in the field and at our yard locations.

What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various models of crushing, screening, shredding, and conveying equipment
Perform in-depth disassembly, reassembly, inspections, and testing to factory standards
Work both in the field and in the yard on general line repair and maintenance
Maintain safe practices at all times, utilizing TRACK/Tyfoom for safety compliance
Keep your Rapid Response truck and tools in top condition
Document work and communicate effectively with dispatch and service management

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with crushing or heavy equipment (not required to be journeyman-level)
Willingness to travel out of town, including overnight trips, weekends, and overtime
Clean MVR (no more than 1 moving violation)
Working knowledge of crushing equipment components and systems
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently on customer job sites
A commitment to workplace safety and ongoing technical learning
Ability to obtain and maintain MSHA clearances

Travel:
Travel throughout Phoenix, AZ is required
Multiple overnight stays may be needed depending on project locations

Compensation:
Competitive pay range: $37.60 – $45.07/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
