Hiring: Senior Critical Facility Engineer (CFE)

We’re looking for a top-tier Critical Facility Engineer to play a key role in the reliability, performance, and evolution of a mission-critical data center. This role is for an engineer who has been the escalation point, led complex incident response, and driven real operational improvements—not just followed procedures.

What You’ll Do
Lead advanced troubleshooting and emergency response for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Drive continuous improvement through SOP, MOP, and EOP development
Perform root cause analysis and implement lasting corrective actions
Oversee commissioning, testing, and vendor execution
Mentor engineers and technicians; raise the technical bar across the team
Participate in on-call rotation for critical events

What We’re Looking For
7+ years in data centers or other mission-critical facilities
Deep expertise in electrical power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear), HVAC, and controls
Strong experience with BMS and EPMS platforms
Proven history of leading incidents, improving reliability, and influencing operations
Calm, methodical decision-maker in high-pressure environments
