Immediate need for a professional credit and collections associate. Our client is a progressive and wonderful organization - very employee centric. Fully stocked fridge, high tech and growing. This is an asap contract role for now - for at least 6 months.
AR Functions - all AR functions
Credit - deciding credit worthiness for new customers
Collections - find the balance between collections and retaining the client. Helping with courtesy copies, payment plans, calling on customers. High-end product so not a hard core collections role.
Customer Service - provide a superior experience to customers
Utilize Excel and enter data
Must have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of finance, have critical thinking skills and understand SOP's and follow them.
This is fully in-office.
