Location: Irving, TX 75038 (100% in person)
Schedule: Full-time, will fall anytime between the hours of 7:30a-5p, M-F
Job Title: Production Support Specialist
Position Summary: The Production Support Specialist will be responsible for verifying credit tradelines using automated phone systems as requested by clients.
Job Category: Temp – to – perm. Initially you would be considered a temporary/contract employee with the expectation of being hired on permanently (if meeting company standards).


Position Responsibilities:
• Verify or update existing credit information as requested by client.
• Utilize credit grantor automated systems to verify information.
• Update information in computer screen/system based on captured automated phone system.
• Thorough training is provided. You cannot miss ANY time during the first 60 days.

Essential Skills:
• Must take two assessments to be considered (Typing & Spelling and Grammer – t0 be assigned following a recruiter following up to your applications.
• Detail Oriented and capable of translating client requests and complete accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to maintain client time service expectations for all work assigned.
• Analyze & evaluate client requests to resolve escalated issues as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization (internally and externally).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate phone system and office equipment.
• Excellent follow through and issue resolution skills.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
