We are seeking a Credit Representative in West Henrietta, NY. This role provides administrative, operational, and reporting support to a Credit Department within an invoice factoring environment, helping ensure client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related information is accurate, organized, and current. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Credit Analysts and Credit leadership while developing valuable exposure to portfolio monitoring, credit risk management, reporting, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts and Credit leadership.
- Gather, organize, update, and maintain client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related information.
- Maintain accurate documentation, departmental records, tracking tools, and account maintenance updates.
- Coordinate requests, monitor follow-ups, and help ensure outstanding action items are completed on time.
- Prepare information and supporting materials for recurring credit, portfolio, debtor, and leadership reviews.
- Support special projects, data requests, research assignments, and departmental process improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 to $18.50 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: West Henrietta, NY.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support Credit Analysts and Credit leadership with administrative, reporting, and data organization tasks.
- Maintain accurate client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related records.
- Track requests, follow-ups, meeting notes, decisions, and outstanding action items.
- Prepare materials for credit reviews, portfolio reviews, debtor reviews, and leadership meetings.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, credit, administrative support, data coordination, or a related business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal follow-up and documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Interest in credit, risk management, financial analysis, invoice factoring, or portfolio monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting a credit, finance, accounts receivable, factoring, lending, or financial services team.
- Familiarity with client account maintenance, debtor information, credit files, or portfolio reporting.
- Ability to create, update, and manage spreadsheets, trackers, and recurring reporting materials.
- Analytical aptitude and interest in developing credit analysis and risk-management skills.
