About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Memo Specialist with strong experience processing credit memos in a sales operations or customer service/order processing environment. The ideal candidate understands how to research discrepancies, verify purchase order details, and ensure accurate credit application within an ERP system.

This role requires someone who can work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively across sales, accounting, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create, process, and apply credit memos accurately
Verify pricing, quantities, and discrepancies against purchase orders (POs)
Review claims, returns, or order issues that require credit adjustments
Research and resolve billing discrepancies or customer-reported errors
Ensure proper documentation and backup for all credits
Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounting) to validate information
Maintain accuracy in ERP system entries (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Support sales operations workflow as it relates to credit approvals and adjustments

What We’re Looking For

Heavy experience with credit memo processing
Background in one of the following:

Customer Service (administrative)
Claims (order/operations related)
Order Processor / Order Management
Accounting Clerk or Coordinator (with significant credit memo involvement)


Experience verifying information against POs or invoices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable reviewing documentation and resolving discrepancies
Ability to learn sales operations processes quickly
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience in ERP systems preferred
