What You’ll Do
Manage credit approvals, collections, and customer account risk assessments

Develop and implement credit policies to support company growth

Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure healthy customer relationships

Oversee receivables performance and reduce delinquency rates

Handle escalated collections issues professionally and diplomatically

Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and offer insights for strategic improvements

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in credit management, preferably in fuel, transportation, logistics, or related industries

Strong knowledge of credit analysis, collections practices, and risk mitigation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment

Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
