We work wtih a large petroleum products company in Orange and they have an immediate need for a Credit Coordinator.

Temp to hire
$23-25hr
Hours: 8-5pm, M-F
Location: Orange, CA

JOB OVERVIEW: This role would manage and maintain the company's credit accounts, which involves processing credit applications, assessing customer creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and monitoring account activity to ensure timely payments. This role supports the business of distributing various fuels and petroleum products, such as gasoline, diesel, and lubricants, by managing the financial relationships with their wholesale and retail clients.

Key responsibilities:
Credit management: Review and analyze credit applications for new and existing customers.
Risk assessment: Determine the creditworthiness of clients to minimize financial risk.
Account maintenance: Set and adjust credit limits, and ensure customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
Payment monitoring: Track and report on account activity and payment statuses.
Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
Typical qualifications
Experience in credit management or a related financial field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a high volume, fast paced position. Attention to details and multi-tasking is a big plus. Any prior application to set up experience would be great.
