Support Critical Credit Operations During a High-Impact Engagement
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional who is highly skilled in spreading financial statements and tax returns and is comfortable working in a fast-paced banking environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting credit functions by analyzing financial information and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established spreading practices.
? Key Responsibilities
Spread and analyze business and personal financial statements
Review and spread personal and business tax returns
Apply standard financial spreading practices with accuracy and consistency
Support credit and lending teams with financial analysis and documentation review
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders
Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times
? Required Skills & Qualifications
Job Skill Level
Basic accounting knowledge (college coursework or equivalent work experience required)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency with bank loan and deposit accounting systems
Basic understanding of loan documentation, including:
Notes
Business loan agreements
Security agreements
Title documents
Working knowledge of banking structure and interdepartmental relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor
Ability to accept feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and adapt quickly
?? Experience & Education
2–4 years of relevant credit, banking, or financial analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of experience and training
