This Credit Administer Position Features:
We are seeking to fill the position of Credit Administrator II. This person will be responsible for collecting balances due from accounts receivable customers and maintaining adequate customer contact. This is a temporary position and will support the Credit Department full-time. Transfers and promotions are available to enhance employees’ career development, fostering a learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review order queue to ensure orders are being addressed in a timely manner.
• Manage a credit portfolio.
o review customer account history, past payments, average days to pay, credit limit, for order release.
• Communicate with sales and review customer orders that are pending release.
• Utilizing weekly past due aging in addition to 30/60/90 aging report.
• Systematically contacting customers based on past due and amount status.
• Contact customers via email and telephone to address account status, schedule account follow up, and escalate matters in a timely manner to Credit Supervisor.
• Responding to customer requests in a timely manner, to ensure positive collaboration and accurate resolution including but not limited to resolving account balance issues.
• Update customer account with ARI and IDI notes regarding communication.
• Meet weekly with Credit Supervisor to review accounts 30+ days and determine next course of action.
• Research and resolve disputes, payment variances.
o Utilizing Prelude QFE program to resolve disputes.
o Code and address Disputed Invoices daily.
• Prepare monthly reports on delinquent accounts as defined by the Credit Supervisor (60+ day review)

Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related commercial collections experience.
• Post-secondary business education preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to Excellent skills understanding commercial credit and collections.
• Ability to make sound credit decisions customer credit history.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills – the individual communicates (written and verbal) with Customers and Talley Employees in a manner that is both clearly understandable and presented professionally.
