Are you a seasoned credentialing professional ready to lead with impact? We’re seeking a dynamic Credentialing Manager to join a growing healthcare organization and oversee the credentialing and provider enrollment process across multiple regions.

In this strategic leadership role, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and drive initiatives that ensure compliance, operational excellence, and data integrity. You’ll lead a team responsible for credentialing, re-credentialing, and maintaining licensure compliance while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize credentialing workflows and compliance protocols
• Partner with licensing agencies, insurance carriers, and practice managers to complete credentialing applications
• Monitor expirable data and oversee credentialing audits and reporting
• Guide and mentor a credentialing team, ensuring alignment with best practices and policies
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize and enhance credentialing practices organization-wide

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of credentialing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of credentialing platforms and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
