Key responsibilities includes review project plans, requirements, and specifications, prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing, coordinate subcontract solicitations and job walks, determine labor and construction equipment costs, prepare estimates, meet and maintain bidding and work schedules, compare competitive trade bids.
This position is based out of the City of Paramount and offers.

Client is looking to interview and start immediately. Ideal candidate would have experience with project engineering or related experience. Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings. Ability to make accurate judgments and calculations. Working knowledge of construction costs and principles. Estimating experience (engineering design knowledge and project management experience desirable) and drafting and computer skills. Apply immediately for consideration.
