Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Enjoy every other Friday off!)

About the Role:
A respected and growing manufacturing company in Tucson is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Analyst II / Inventory Manager. This is a full-time, direct hire position where you'll play a key role in optimizing cost controls and ensuring inventory accuracy in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze product and production costs to drive cost-efficiency
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, discrepancies, and variances
Support month-end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
Maintain and enhance cost standards and reporting systems
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for materials and production
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, or manufacturing finance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, onsite setting
