A growing organization in the food and beverage production industry is seeking a bilingual Corporate Recruiter to join its team in San Bernardino, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting hiring managers, and helping fill a wide range of roles from high-volume production and labor positions to specialized and professional openings.
The Corporate Recruiter will play an important role in supporting workforce growth, improving candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and onboarding.
- Recruit for high-volume labor, production, operations, and specialized professional roles across the organization.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, networking, and local workforce resources.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, hiring timelines, and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in applicant tracking systems and support job fairs, employer branding, and talent acquisition initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Bernardino, CA.
- Manage recruiting efforts for high-volume labor and production roles.
- Support recruitment for specialized, professional, corporate, and operational positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
- Build candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, community resources, and sourcing strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or high-volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for both hourly labor positions and professional or specialized roles.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, screening, and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or recruiting systems.
- Understanding of compliant recruiting practices, company policies, and applicable employment laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in food production, agriculture, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting job fairs, community hiring events, workforce partnerships, or high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Background recruiting in a fast-paced production, operations, or plant environment.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community recruiting partners.
