Corporate & Tax Paralegal
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: On-site (hybrid may be considered after a successful onboarding period of at least 90 days)

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a skilled Corporate & Tax Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be able to support attorneys in corporate, tax, and related practice areas. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide paralegal support for corporate and tax matters
Prepare, review, and file legal documents and correspondence
Assist with entity formations, dissolutions, and corporate governance
Conduct legal research as needed
Maintain and organize client files and records
Support attorneys with additional administrative and substantive tasks
Qualifications:
3–5 years of corporate and/or tax paralegal experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
