The right candidate will enjoy leading a service-focused team, improving event processes, and creating a polished hospitality experience that reflects a high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and direct the corporate hospitality team to ensure smooth execution of meetings, events, catering, setup, service, and breakdown.
- Manage event planning and logistics, including schedules, room readiness, vendor coordination, food service, timing, and last-minute changes.
- Support high-profile executive, client, VIP, and large-scale events with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
- Coordinate catering orders, vendor communication, food safety standards, conference room setup, and service presentation.
- Anticipate guest, attorney, executive, and client needs while making recommendations that improve the overall event experience.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure expectations, timelines, and service standards are met.

- Support executive, VIP, client-facing, or large-scale events in a polished corporate environment.

- Management-level hospitality, corporate services, event management, or related experience.
- Strong food service and food safety experience.
- Demonstrated event or project management skills, including planning, organization, follow-up, and proactive problem solving.
