Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? AppleOne is recruiting a Corporate Filing Specialist for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and the possibility to move to a hybrid schedule after the initial period.

?? About the Role:
In this onsite office-based position, you’ll be part of a global industry leader in financial administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings for clients nationwide and offshore, working with multiple systems to pull, verify, and organize complex data.

?? What You’ll Do:
Prepare and file corporate paperwork (e.g., entity formations, amendments, governance updates) across various U.S. jurisdictions
Perform detailed jurisdictional research and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with compliance teams and clients to gather and process required data
Navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve and organize filing information
Deliver accurate documentation to clients, agencies, and internal teams

? What We’re Looking For:
MUST have strong computer skills and be comfortable switching between multiple databases and systems
Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous experience with corporate filings or registered agent services a strong plus
High school diploma or GED required
