Immediate need for a Corporate Filing Specialist for our client located in North Palm Beach, FL.
Looking for experience in Corporate Filings, State Filings or Jurisdictional Research with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver corporate fillings on behalf of our clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Research, prepare, and file corporate paperwork for companies nationwide and offshore (i.e., formation filings, business registrations, amendments, governance updates, etc.)
Interacting with clients to obtain financial and other state required information required to complete state filings.
Research corporate filing requirements and procedures in various jurisdictions
Collaborate with other compliance specialists on large projects.
Send documents to clients, vendors, and government agencies through custom and unique delivery methods.
key skills required for the role include:
Completion of High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years Registered Agent/Corporate Filing at the Secretary of State experience preferred
Corporate Filings: Formation, registrations, amendments, governance updates.
State Filings: Researching requirements, auditing entities, preparing documents
Jurisdictional Research: Navigating filing procedures across various states.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must
Proficient with MAC Operating System and MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint usage)
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
