Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in corporate accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping
Minimum 1 year of general ledger accounting support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Kronos, ADP, UKG, or similar systems
High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday–Friday
High school diploma or degree in field
Experience within manufacturing, production, or corporate office environments
Familiarity with multi-department workflows
Corporate Accounting & General Ledger
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with audits and internal control compliance
Payroll Processing
Process payroll, verify hours, earnings, and adjustments
Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records (Kronos, ADP, UKG, or similar)
Handle payroll tax filings and payroll-related deposits
Enter new hires, terminations, and employee updates
Support benefits documentation (medical, pension, unemployment)
Maintain confidentiality and corporate payroll compliance
Administrative & Department Support
Perform data entry, document preparation, and filing
Support accounting, HR, and payroll teams with cross-functional tasks
