We are seeking a Coordinador de Servicio for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical services industry. This role is ideal for a highly organized customer service professional who enjoys coordinating service requests, supporting technical teams, and helping customers receive timely, accurate solutions.
The Coordinador de Servicio will serve as a key point of contact for customer service requests related to biomedical equipment, refrigeration, patient care, and specialty services. This position offers a structured, collaborative work environment where strong follow-up, clear communication, and attention to detail directly contribute to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and coordinate daily customer service requests through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels.
- Assign and schedule services based on contracts, customer location, technician availability, training requirements, and service needs.
- Enter, update, and maintain service requests, customer interactions, equipment details, quotes, and case assignments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, follow up on upcoming service requirements, and prepare quotes for parts, services, and out-of-contract maintenance.
- Track backorders, coordinate with Purchasing and external vendors, obtain quotations, and support service fulfillment through completion.
- Prepare and process invoices for services, parts, products, workshop work, refrigeration, specialists, and patient care services using CRM and ERP systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $13.50 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Juan, PR.
- Coordinate customer service requests for biomedical equipment, refrigeration, patient care, and specialty service needs.
- Schedule technician and specialist assignments, preventive maintenance services, equipment pickups, transfers, relocations, and installations.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer updates, quotes, backorders, and invoices in CRM and ERP systems.
- Provide professional customer support while coordinating with internal departments, external vendors, and service teams.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, specialists, vendors, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to service quality and response time standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of college education or technical coursework preferred.
- Experience in service coordination, dispatching, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or Acumatica preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
- Experience preparing service quotes, coordinating purchase orders, following up on backorders, and supporting invoice processing preferred.
