Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Job Summary
AppleOne is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations for a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex accounting functions across multiple divisions.

Our portfolio includes operations in real estate, hospitality, retail, construction, and automotive sectors, providing a dynamic and challenging environment for a seasoned financial professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple divisions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and budgets.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with operational managers.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain and optimize accounting systems and processes.

Software & Tools

• Yardi and QuickBooks for property and hospitality divisions.
• Reynolds & Reynolds for automotive operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of property management and hospitality accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi, QuickBooks, and familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
