Position: Controller/HR Manager
Location: Prestigious Law Firm, Downtown
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance and optimal employee satisfaction.
Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the firm's strategic goals.
Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records and oversee the firm's accounting operations.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management (benefits, hiring, payroll) and staff accounting.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
