What You’ll Do:

• Own the full-cycle accounting function including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions
• Lead cash flow management, AP/AR oversight, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on operational and financial strategy, including cost analysis and margin improvement
• Support audits, tax coordination, and compliance requirements
• Help build and improve scalable processes as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public + industry or strong industry background)
• We will also consider candidates whose next logical career step is Controller (Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level)
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Hands-on, business-minded leader with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
