ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking an experienced Controller that oversees all accounting and financial operations for a multi entity organization, requiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex financial structures. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and specialized accounting across inventory, operations, and more. The role also manages ERP systems, drives process optimization, and oversees business insurance programs. Additionally, the Controller leads accounting staff, collaborates across departments to support strategic decisions, and coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • 7+ years of experience in a progressive accounting role with 3+ years in a Controller and/or supervisory role.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/related
• Strong technical accounting background and deep knowledge of GAAP
• Proven experience working within multi-entity corporate structures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multiple departments
• CPA certification preferred
• Direct experience with ERP/accounting systems
