The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and accounting. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Responsibilities
Accounting functions for Multiple entities, knowledge in general ledger, month and year end close.
Accounting experience with real estate investment and property management.
Act as the point of contact for external auditors
Maintain internal books and finances Analyze financial transactions
knowledge in fuel inventory, and fuel accounting, job costing and working in a ERP software program.
Manage the company’s business insurance programs, including obtaining quotes, coordinating renewals, and maintaining coverage for general liability, property, auto, builder’s risk, workers’ compensation, cyber. Act as the primary point of contact with insurance brokers and carriers, ensuring policies are appropriate, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 7+ years of related experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Supervisory role with 3 years experience
