Join our fast-growing hotel group in heart of downtown San Diego as a Corporate Controller and take charge of financial operations across a multi-property portfolio. We're looking for a sharp, proactive leader who knows hotel accounting inside and out and can drive accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
Lead all corporate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee month-end close for all properties and ensure GAAP compliance
Manage cash flow, audits, tax filings, and internal controls
Guide and develop accounting teams; streamline processes across locations
Partner with operations to analyze performance and boost profitability
Improve systems, automate reports, and enhance financial visibility
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; Strong Excel Wizard a must, CPA/CMA a plus
5+ years accounting experience, including hotel/hospitality background
Strong knowledge of hotel financials (ADR, RevPAR, daily revenue reporting)
Hands-on leader with multi-property experience and advanced Excel skills
