Summary:
The Controller oversees all financial and accounting operations of the company and its affiliates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role supports the CFO and leads the finance team to maintain strong internal controls and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all accounting activities, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly and annual closings and the accuracy of financial statements.
• Lead external audits and tax filings—prior experience in public accounting, external audits, and tax preparation is required.
• Monitor payroll, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
• Oversee treasury functions and ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Support credit and collections strategy, including customer credit limits and risk management.
• Supervise and develop accounting and finance team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in external audits and public tax filings.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
