Salary: Up to $110,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Controller to lead our accounting operations. This is a pivotal role requiring a mix of leadership, analytical acumen, and deep accounting knowledge. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of accounting experience
CPA or CMA preferred
Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles
Proficient with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Sage and ADP systems is an advantage
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Mergers and acquisitions experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Accounting Department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Identify training needs and implement programs to strengthen the team
Provide financial analysis to support the Regional Director and General Manager
Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with GAAP
Develop and monitor the annual budget, including variance reporting
Establish internal controls and maintain accounting policies
Evaluate business operations and contribute to pricing and contract strategies
Collaborate with other regions to integrate enterprise-level solutions
Coordinate with external auditors for a successful annual audit
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
