About the Role:
As our Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. You’ll be at the heart of our financial success, contributing to both operational excellence and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the accounting and financial functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, and audits.
- Develop and deliver exceptional reporting, leveraging advanced Excel and BI tools for insightful analytics.
- Provide forward-thinking financial insights to guide strategic planning and execution.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Implement and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Stable Work History: Proven experience in a leadership role within a top-tier manufacturing organization.
- Technical Savvy: Expertise in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and familiarity with BI reporting tools.
